Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
At GLOBUS SALES AND DISTRIBUTION, we ensure that every product is thoroughly checked before dispatch. Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order.
Mandatory Unboxing Proof
For every shipment, an unboxing video and photos from the moment of package opening are mandatory to claim any transit damage, loss, or replacement.
Without a proper unboxing video and photos, no claim for damage, loss, or incorrect product will be accepted.
No Return & Refund Policy
We follow a No Return and No Refund Policy on all delivered orders.
Only exchange is allowed under applicable terms.
We will NOT accept return for:

If the product is too heavy to wear or looks big

If the size is not what you expected

Slight variations in colour tone due to digital photography or monitor settings

Slight design or combination variations that are not considered defects

Personal liking, sizing issues, or non-suitability of the product

Sale products or orders placed using website offers
Kindly ensure you are fully aware of the product details before placing an order.
For any clarification, you may write to us at contact@stayonwellness.com before purchasing. Once the agreed product is received by you in good condition, personal preference or sizing issues will not be accepted for return or replacement.
Damaged / Incorrect / Missing Items
We make every possible attempt to send your ordered items free from damage. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item in transit:

You must email contact@stayonwellness.com within 24 hours of delivery

Attach the mandatory unboxing video and clear photos
Complaints sent via WhatsApp or Instagram will not be accepted.
If the request is approved via email:

You must ship the product back to the address provided in the email.

We do not provide reverse pickup service.

We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once we receive the returned product and examine it to ensure it is free from damage, we will:

Provide a replacement, or

Issue a store credit coupon code via email that can be redeemed against your next purchase.
Exchange Policy
For exchange requests:

Email contact@stayonwellness.com within 24 hours of delivery or submit a request through the Contact Us page.

Upon exchange approval via email, the customer must ship the product back in original packaging condition within 2 days of replacement confirmation.

Tracking details must be shared via follow-up email within 2 days.

Returns not shipped within 2 days will not be accepted.
After receiving the returned product:

We will examine the item to ensure it is free from damage.

Store credit will be updated within 24–48 hours for the particular item.
Store credit:

Can be used for the next purchase.

Cannot be combined with existing offer codes.

Shipping cost will be applicable on the new order.

Refund will not be provided.
Sale / Clearance / Offer Products
Any sale products or orders placed using website offers are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only within 2 hours of placing the order.

Cancellation charges may be applicable.

Cancellation is not allowed after processing begins.

Orders delayed due to courier delays, weather conditions, pandemic restrictions, or other external factors cannot be cancelled.
