So one must try and make sure that while one consumes a healthy and balanced diet, it is high on micronutrients such as Vitamins C, E, D, B6, B12,  iron, zinc, selenium, folic acid and lipoic acid, and also macronutrients such as fats, proteins and fibers.

Some of the best fertility foods for women include almonds, spinach, dark leafy greens, broccoli, cranberries, cabbage, potatoes, tomatoes, citrus fruits, lentils, pumpkin seeds (raw), yogurt, green peas, flax seeds and walnuts along with some high fat dairy, such as a glass of whole milk every day.
